Before listing a home, you must find a way to get all the necessary documents needed by home buyers to receive, like the tax receipts, public notaries, tax declarations, house and lot titles and many more.

 Make sure to repair the house before you list it – You cannot get a home buyer if the home you are about to sell is in bad shape. Home buyers will look for other home listings if the ceiling of your home is not attached to the roof properly.
